Summary

Join Happy Money as our next Marketing Analytics Specialist! You will be responsible for evaluating the impact of marketing campaigns, measuring marketing funnel performance, and creating reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics. This role involves advanced analysis to optimize marketing performance for business operations, planning, and budgeting. You will leverage multi-sourced data and marketing principles to create analyses, perform A/B and multivariate testing, and develop customer segmentation. Support cross-channel marketing efforts and provide insights to drive growth. You will also optimize direct marketing efforts through data-driven analysis and modeling. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to influence across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience performing high quality data and business analytics in the consumer lending space
  • Working knowledge of Credit Risk principles; familiar with credit bureau data
  • Experience building Machine Learning models, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques is a must
  • Coding experience in Python, MySQL, RStudio,Tableau etc
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Leverage multi-sourced data and marketing principles to create descriptive and predictive analyses, perform A/B testing, multivariate testing, and develop customer segmentation and data systems to optimize marketing programs and initiatives
  • Support cross-channel marketing efforts (e.g., Affiliates, Prescreen, Paid Social/Search), providing insights to channel leads and the broader organization to drive growth
  • Perform data-driven analyses and create models to optimize direct marketing (DM) efforts, including name selection and relevant modeling techniques
  • Define, compute, track and continuously validate KPIs/metrics such as CAC, ROI and Marketing Efficiency metrics
  • Individual contributor who is capable of influencing across the organization, including with executives, through analysis, high quality documentation and compelling presentations

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a STEM or related field
