Summary

Join a leading Scandinavian manufacturer of protective gloves as their Marketing Assistant! This permanent, full-time remote position offers a chance to contribute to creative marketing projects, support the marketing team, and coordinate marketing activities. You will be responsible for photo editing and coordination, website and database management, assisting with graphic design, content creation, event support, and market research. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, along with 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, while experience with other design tools and strong communication skills are highly advantageous.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant
  • Relevant education in marketing, communication, graphic design, or similar fields
  • Experience in developing and designing visual marketing content
  • Experience in using Graphic Design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to edit images and create presentations in PowerPoint professionally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain good time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English

Responsibilities

  • Edit and coordinate photos within the marketing team and across departments, from initiation to completion
  • Upload and monitor product and action photos on the Granberg website and multimedia database
  • Assist in the production of photos and marketing collateral
  • Contribute to creating engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and presentations
  • Assist in organising and executing events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Support market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the team on various assignments and projects, including coordinating translations, new postings on the Intranet/internal communications, and sales support
  • Answering emails, assisting customers in getting the right photos, uploading and updating database, communicating with the marketing teams in terms of the product/marketing list, assisting competitor research, content creation and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative experience, including working with a PIM system
  • Experience in using Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Intranet and Sharepoint
  • Basic knowledge of photography to help with photography tasks and contribute to the production of catalogues
