Marketing Assistant

Requirements

• 2+ years in a marketing-related role, with hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Proficiency in MailChimp (or similar ESPs), social media scheduling tools, and AI-powered content optimization (e.g., ChatGPT)

Responsibilities

• Support in creating content calendars and handling the scheduling of social media content to drive traffic
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity to refine and enhance marketing copy for social media, landing pages, and the website
• Set up and manage email sequences using email service providers (ESPs) like MailChimp
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Assist with light social media graphics and video editing using Canva or similar tools (will be provided with raw assets)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for basic graphics and video editing
• Knowledge/familiarity with architecture, interior design, or related fields is highly advantageous but not required
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a remote setting
