Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, MailChimp
- Proficient with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Proficient in Google Merchant Center and Google Ads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and Twitter
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with our online community
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategy
- Assist in the creation of blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content, such as images and videos, for online and offline marketing campaigns
- Create email marketing content calendar for 2 EDMs per week on a 30 day rolling calendar
- Create email marketing campaigns, including creating email content and managing subscriber lists
- Analyze email campaign results and make recommendations for improvement
- Set up email flows for new customers and abandoned cart flows
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Compile and organize data to help make data-driven marketing decisions
- Collaborate with the customer support team to gather customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies
- Monitor online reviews and ratings, and address customer concerns as needed
- Provide administrative support including assisting with customer emails in the shared email inbox
- Aid in the management of product listings on our Shopify platform
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and other details as required
- Ensure the accuracy and uniformity of product information on our e-commerce website
- Perform SEO audits and suggested fixes to website to improve SEO
- Monitor site speed to ensure it is at industry standard
- Provide support in managing Google Merchant Center to ensure product compliance with Google Shopping policies
- Upload product data feeds and optimize listings to enhance visibility and performance in Google Shopping
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to product data, feed quality, and compliance with Google's requirements
