Marketing Assistant

Summary

Join our team as a Marketing Assistant and support influencer programs, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns. This remote, full-time position (PST Time zone) based in India or the Philippines requires strong coordination skills and a passion for brand engagement. You will manage multiple projects, build relationships with influencers, and track campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing and excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with various project management tools is also essential. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to content planning and collaborate with internal teams for successful marketing rollouts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or marketing coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, and influencer platforms
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Track and report on campaign performance and content effectiveness
• Assist with outreach and communication for brand partnerships and collaborations
• Manage timelines, project trackers, and campaign documentation
• Support content planning and contribute to the marketing calendar
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing rollouts
• Handle logistics such as sample shipments and content asset collection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creators or agencies is a plus
• Experience in DTC or CPG marketing
• Understanding of social media trends and content metrics
• Passion for community building and authentic brand engagement
