Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, partner marketing, event planning, or retail marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful marketing strategies
• Proactive and collaborative team player with a resourceful mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the local marketing team to plan, execute, and host local community events for both clients and prospective employees
• Research, develop, and foster partnerships with local businesses, schools, rescues, apartments and pet-friendly establishments, attending relevant events to cultivate relationships
• Serve as the ambassador of Bond Vet in the community, educating neighbors on our unique value proposition and distributing promotional materials
• Implement community marketing tactics to enhance brand awareness in the target neighborhoods
• Capture photos and videos at events and clinics, posting on social media platforms as required
• Manage and develop inventory of promotional materials at storage facilities, clinics, and local businesses, ensuring materials are available for events and partnerships
• Manage inventory of retail items within clinics
• Assist in the setup of marketing materials for new clinic openings
• Evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach activities and provide insights to optimize future efforts
• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and promote Bond Vet's mission
• Occasionally lead conference presence and logistics when events are located within your target market(s)

• Compensation will fall between $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience
