Summary

Join DiligenceVault, a fast-growing, cloud-based SaaS platform, as a Marketing Associate and support the execution of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to drive engagement and visibility across various regions. This role requires 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, hands-on experience with SEO and paid digital marketing campaigns, and strong understanding of digital tools. You will be responsible for optimizing paid campaigns, leading SEO initiatives, managing website updates, monitoring campaign performance, and creating marketing assets. The ideal candidate is analytical, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing — SaaS, fintech, or digital-first companies preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and/or paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital tools — WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and optimizing based on performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a bias toward action
  • Comfortable working across time zones and teams

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Lead SEO initiatives — from keyword research and content audits to on-page optimization
  • Own website and blog updates using WordPress, ensuring performance and user experience
  • Monitor and report performance of campaigns and website using tools like Google Analytics
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing assets — whitepapers, newsletters, decks, banners, landing pages, case studies, and social media creatives
  • Collaborate with our global team to align marketing with messaging and go-to-market goals
