Requirements
- Have a bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Content Marketing Specialist & Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills both in English and Turkish (Both required)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive website traffic
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct social monitoring and social listening to stay updated on the latest industry trends and facilitate the establishment of new partnerships
- Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience
- Optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters to improve organic visibility and website traffic
- Oversee, proofread freelance bloggersβ content, and support the coordination of timely content creation
- Plan, research, and create high-quality content presenting our services and brand such as blog posts, articles, press release, emails/newsletters, e-books, and corporate presentations
- Curate and manage video and audio content to bolster our online presence on prominent platforms, notably YouTube and Spotify
- Develop appropriate messaging for campaigns and digital advertisements, support advertising procedures with text materials considering the target audience and companyβs objectives
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture leads and retain customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing associates, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives
- Participate in the coordination and management of event marketing processes, including the creation and production of promotional materials, booths, and other assets through collaboration with third-party agencies or stakeholders
- Collaborate with third parties to manage all communications, particularly focusing on creative design and online public relations initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends
- Experience in event marketing and PR
- Knowledge of using social media tools like Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Ads Manager IS A PLUS
- Familiarity with online design tools, particularly Canva
- Having expertise in LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies IS A PLUS
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) IS A PLUS
- Experience with social media management and email marketing IS A PLUS
