Join Brand Momentum's team as a Fall Co-op or Internship student in Mississauga, Ontario for a temporary, full-time role (August-November). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years in experiential marketing, field marketing, or campaign execution
  • Strong team management and communication skills to lead field staff and drive results
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and activations simultaneously
  • Strong skills in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Passion for creating unique brand experiences that captivate audiences
  • Willingness to travel and manage events across different locations

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute experiential marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and awareness
  • Oversee logistics, scheduling, and execution of on-the-ground marketing activations, ensuring smooth operations
  • Lead, support, and motivate field teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional brand experiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on campaign goals and execution
  • Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to track key metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for future campaigns
  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing budgets to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with trends in experiential marketing to bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns
