Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with preferred focus on marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign), CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.), and email marketing systems
- Experience working with product, engineering and implementation teams in marketing automation projects
- Ability to understand marketing attribution and digital marketing data pipelines. Proficiency with Looker, Amplitude, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize automated marketing projects across various platforms
- Drive lead generation, customer retention, and overall marketing performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine automation strategies that align with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
- Familiarity with advanced marketing automation tactics like lead scoring, behavior-based triggers, and advanced segmentation
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with data management and data integration between systems (CRM, ESP, etc.)
