Summary
Join Procore's global Marketing Automation team as a Marketing Automation Manager, Europe! You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing database, collaborating with regional teams, and reporting on campaign performance. This role requires expertise in Marketo and Demandbase, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Based remotely in the UK or Ireland, you will support and scale marketing campaigns in the UKI and MENA regions, enhancing campaign effectiveness and streamlining automation processes. The position reports to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Europe and offers immediate start.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable work experience
- 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS capacity
- Expert-level experience in Marketo, including familiarity with system administration and managing system integrations
- Experience managing an ABM orchestration platform, such as Demandbase or 6Sense
- Experience with reporting on email campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- A critical thinker who is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
- Comfortable with editing and optimizing HTML/CSS for email templates
Responsibilities
- Execute on all global email campaigns, nurture programs, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives in Marketo and Demandbase, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization
- Manage our marketing database, ensuring data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, and troubleshooting any data issues between Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and other MarTech systems
- Collaborate with the EMEA Campaigns team on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies to maximize activation, engagement and retention across the entire prospect-to-customer journey
- Gather and communicate comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns, covering metrics from webinars, events, advertising, email, and web traffic performance to make data-driven decisions on marketing campaign strategies
- Identify opportunities to tailor global processes for regional needs, implementing solutions to accommodate our unique EMEA market requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert on Marketing Automation and teach other team members best practices
