Summary

Join Workstream, a mission-driven company building premium software solutions for hourly businesses, as a Marketing Automation Coordinator. You will support the growing need for customized website experiences by creating landing pages and building automation for internal webinars. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting up webinar events, ensuring proper lead routing, and tracking campaigns. The position requires 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, using platforms like Hubspot, and familiarity with webinar technologies and Salesforce. Workstream offers a permanent remote position (except for initial onboarding), health insurance, flexible PTO and schedule, and a company-issued device.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing automation role, preferably using a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Experience using webinar technologies (e.g. Zoom or ON24) to run hosted webinars
  • Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a B2B sales cycle
  • Strong aptitude for attention to detail/operation processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team first mindset; we are a humble and hungry group sharing one mission
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty; no job is too big or too small

Responsibilities

  • Work with manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams their webinar goals and timelines (topic, date, time, presenter, etc)
  • Build new landing pages in Hubspot for our sales team to use in their prospecting
  • Set up Zoom webinar events and link to landing page form submissions
  • Ensure prospects who fill out the form have proper lead routing in place and are receiving automated email comms about each webinar
  • Set up workflows to track campaigns within Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Salesforce.com use or administration is desirable
