Requirements

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with hands-on experience in blockchain development or implementation projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head of growth and partnerships in evaluating and identifying strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Supervise ongoing relationships with partners, monitoring performance and fostering collaboration within the team
  • Optimize the team task management using a cross-functional CRM platform
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocation
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to the head of the department, providing transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the blockchain ecosystem
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company visibility and build relationships within the blockchain community
