Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role focused on performance and growth marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling paid media programs that drive efficient acquisition and pipeline growth
- A strong writer that is hyper-focused on the customer experience and delivering unexpected and unique buyer journeys
- Understanding of social media strategies, from organic brand-building to paid social amplification
- Experience optimizing PLG growth loops, product adoption, and customer retention and cross-sell strategies
- A creative problem solver who challenges traditional B2B marketing strategies and isn’t afraid to test unconventional ideas
- Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, GA4, project management tools like Monday.com
- Strong ability to balance big-picture strategy with execution, thriving in a role where autonomy and ownership are key
- A self-starter with exceptional communication skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple brands to drive growth across paid media, social media, content marketing, and organic acquisition
- Develop and manage paid media strategies (industry publications, Bing, Meta, programmatic, and emerging platforms) to optimize pipeline and bookings
- Think beyond traditional B2B—leverage B2C-style engagement tactics and out-of-the-box growth experiments to increase brand visibility and conversions
- Leverage social media in campaigns to build strong organic engagement while integrating paid strategies for maximum impact
- Optimize PLG messaging and customer experience to improve free-to-paid conversion rates through creative onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and retargeting strategies
- Test, iterate, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Own campaign analytics—track key metrics, understand attribution models, and ensure every dollar spent drives measurable impact
- Collaborate across a team of high-performing marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation and results
