Summary

Join Storyblok, a growing company, as a Marketing Campaigns Operations Specialist. You will execute targeted marketing strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts using email nurtures, webinars, and 6Sense. Collaborate with content teams and Campaign Managers to develop and execute campaigns, leveraging the Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign hierarchy. You will be responsible for the entire webinar strategy, 6Sense implementation, and email nurture campaigns. Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and manage data in Salesforce. This role requires strong marketing knowledge, data analysis skills, and excellent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in using 6Sense, webinar tools and email automation
  • B2B marketing experience, with a focus on marketing professionals as a target audience
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
  • Experience developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for marketing and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of marketing professionals
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing communities

Responsibilities

  • Support the Campaign Marketing Managers in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across 6Sense, webinar and email nurtures focused on attracting and engaging marketing professionals
  • Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with marketing needs and interests
  • Leverage the Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign hierarchy approach to structure and optimize campaigns
  • Measure campaign performance and help optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Be responsible for the whole webinar strategy at Storyblok
  • Work alongside each Campaign Manager to plan effective webinar strategies across the 4 core theme
  • Work with Product and Partner to build webinar strategies with their departments
  • Build and maintain the corporate webinar calendar
  • Activate pre and post webinar engagement activities across digital channels
  • Be the main point of contact within the team for 6Sense
  • Be responsible for building targeted ABM strategies for our 4 campaigns in line with Campaign Managers
  • Optimise and measure performance
  • Strategise and implement nurture and re-nurture campaigns in line with 6Sense stage and buyer intent signals
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to optimise and monitor lead flow as a result
  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department
  • Goal Setting; develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign
  • Performance Measurement; monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis
  • Segmentation; manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Data Management; work closely with Business Operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
  • Leverage marketing knowledge to create more effective campaigns that resonate with marketing professionals and address their specific needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing communities to ensure campaigns remain relevant and engaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing
  • Experience in Forrester (Sirius Decisions) Campaign Framework
