Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity for sales reporting and forecasting
  • Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to ensure seamless execution of campaigns (e.g., email marketing, lead nurturing)
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, lead generation, and attribution
  • Support the creation and management of marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and content libraries
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales and marketing funnel
  • Serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused environment is a plus, especially in the Atlassian ecosystem
