Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing operations, coordination, or project management role
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Youβre passionate about finding ways to optimize processes, reduce friction, and improve efficiency across the marketing team
- Attention to Detail: You excel in environments where attention to detail is key, proactively ensuring accuracy and precision in every task and striving for flawless results

Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for more scalable processes and solutions within the marketing operations team to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall marketing strategy
- Ticket Management: Use Monday.com to efficiently manage and prioritize incoming tickets from the marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of tasks
- Data Integration & Management: Leverage Ringlead to upload and clean data from tradeshows attended by our Sales Reps, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact lists for our campaigns
- Platform Alerts Management: Assist in managing in-product alerts via Pendo, ensuring timely and accurate notifications to support customer engagement efforts
- Reporting & Insights: Support the team by creating ad hoc Salesforce reports that help optimize marketing processes and improve overall campaign execution
- Support MOPS Team: Collaborate with other members of the marketing operations team, providing support when they need help managing high-priority projects or heavy workloads
- UTM Tracking: Keep our UTM tracking sheet up to date, ensuring that it aligns with all active marketing channels and provides accurate tracking data for performance analysis
- Email Calendar Management β Support the Marketing Operations Developer in the execution and scheduling of Marketing emails each month
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Pendo is a plus, but not required
