Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and marketing operations
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with marketing technology (martech) stacks
  • Experience with data management and data integrity practices
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), maintaining data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve marketing ROI
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools, ensuring effective utilization and integration
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, including list management, campaign setup, and performance tracking
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing operations with overall business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing operational efficiency and marketing automation projects
