Summary

The job is for a Marketing & Communications Assistant at MGE Underground, a utility infrastructure contractor in Paso Robles, CA. The role involves creating communications, graphics, and ensuring brand consistency while operating printing equipment. The candidate should have knowledge of printing processes, basic record-keeping skills, technology skills including Adobe graphic design software and Microsoft Office tools, a valid Class C Driver’s License, and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related field.

Requirements

• Knowledge of principles, processes and equipment used in printing process. Training is provided
• Proper operation of photocopy and related printing equipment
• Basic record-keeping techniques
• Excellent technology skills including Adobe graphic design software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Highschool Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role

Responsibilities

• Create well-written communications for internal and external audiences
• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the brand identity
• Operate large format printer, laminating machine, and contour cutter equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a related field is a plus
