Requirements
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience crafting content for executives and high-level audiences
- Proven ability to write quickly and clearly on complex topics, tailoring messages to different stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or content strategyโagency or in-house
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strategic thinking and a keen eye for narrative, tone, and brand alignment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans that align with business goals
- Write and edit a wide variety of content, including executive communications, CEO bylines, thought leadership articles, press releases, blogs, and internal announcements
- Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling narratives and key messaging that reflect the voice of the company
- Manage the relationship with our PR agency, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the PR firm to coordinate media opportunities, press responses, and speaking engagements
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive messaging to inform communication strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and HR to support campaigns, launches, and employee engagement
- Review and refine content for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand standards
- Measure and report on communications effectiveness to continuously improve messaging and content strategy
