As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with executing and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels, manage social media presence, create and optimize website content, coordinate with external vendors, and develop and execute monthly webinars. This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones. The ideal candidate is mission-aligned, detail-oriented, growth-minded, collaborative, and analytical, with 2+ years of relevant marketing experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. - 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, internship or coursework included
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach eligible members and drive engagement
- Organize campaign assets and track timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Support the coordination of email and SMS marketing calendars, QA testing, and deployment
- Manage social media presence across Instagram and Facebook, coordinating with local efforts
- Create and optimize website content, including blog post copy, CTAs, meta titles, and descriptions
- Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate video editing, print assets, and translate marketing materials
- Develop, coordinate, promote, and execute monthly webinars for our book of business
- Work collaboratively to deliver campaigns that reflect Foodsmart’s brand and mission
- Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, playbooks, and compliance records (HIPAA, TCPA)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, nutrition, or underserved populations is a plus
