Summary

Join a leading creator of exceptional gifting experiences as their Sales & Marketing Assistant! This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting sales and marketing teams. You will gain valuable experience in social media management, sales, and digital marketing, assisting with content creation, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and seasonal campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute meaningfully while developing their career. Responsibilities include social media management, content creation, campaign support, sales pipeline management, and client support. Success involves contributing to revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, effectively managing sales pipelines, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create clear, compelling messages
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks efficiently
  • Creative mindset with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision
  • Strong collaborative spirit, comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create engaging content using available assets and AI tools to promote products and drive customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to create sell sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with the brand’s voice and messaging
  • Support affiliate program management and help build relationships with partners to expand the brand’s reach
  • Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution across all channels
  • Research and identify new leads and B2B opportunities, focusing on holiday gifting and corporate sales
  • Help develop and manage sales pipelines, scripts, and strategies with the VP of Sales to ensure smooth lead conversion
  • Assist with lead and account data management in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and progress
  • Manage samples and deliverables for client tastings and meetings to ensure positive client experiences and successful sales conversions
  • Maintain organization of all client-facing materials and communications, ensuring they align with company standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
