Summary

Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the marketing and sales teams to boost revenues. You will develop and publish marketing materials, manage CRM tools, support sales presentations and trade shows, and oversee SEO, paid advertising, and social media. This role requires collaboration with the HQ marketing team and external vendors, contributing to broader marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate possesses five years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in various marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Have five years of B2B marketing experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., inpatient facilities, payers, outpatient facilities, provider practices, etc.) across medical specialties and product categories
  • Be self-starters able to work collaboratively in multicultural, cross-functional teams with limited direction
  • Be adept at writing marketing copy and comfortable analyzing and managing data to support marketing and sales activities
  • Be able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors, and others by phone, email, and in-person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Design, or Communications
  • Proficient in social media applications and web design content
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite, CRM, Google Analytics, graphic design software
  • Possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent time management and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively with other employees and departments
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish digital and printed marketing materials
  • Manage CRM tools to develop sales leads and maintain the pipeline
  • Support the sales team for presentations and trade shows
  • Manage SEO, paid search, paid advertising, and social media
  • Coordinate activities with our HQ marketing team
  • Oversee external marketing vendors
  • Assist in broader marketing and sales-development operations
