Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media channels, coordinate events and trade shows, maintain marketing materials inventory, and perform administrative tasks. They will work on-site at the Plano, TX office for 1-2 days per week, with the rest of the workweek remote. The position requires 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing or a similar role.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms
• Schedule and publish engaging social media posts using our designated publisher tool
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community
• Pull reporting across social media networks
• Assist in planning and executing various events and trade shows, both in-person and virtual
• Coordinate event logistics, including booth set-up, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up
• Work with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain and organize the in-office inventory of marketing materials, such as displays, flyers, and promotional items
• Proactively track inventory levels and coordinate reordering when necessary
• Oversee the shipping of marketing materials to remote locations or event venues as required
• Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting related to marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with marketing software and tools is a plus
