Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Advanced English level
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Process-driven, Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining accuracy in all tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all teams are aligned
- Assist in writing creative briefs for outside vendors
- Work with external vendors and agencies to coordinate activities, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Ensure that all Purchase Orders, contracts and services are delivered according to expectations
- Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses are properly matched against strategic goals. Monitor spending and provide regular updates to ensure efficient use of resources
- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future efforts. Present results to marketing leadership
