Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced English level
  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Process-driven, Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all teams are aligned
  • Assist in writing creative briefs for outside vendors
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to coordinate activities, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Ensure that all Purchase Orders, contracts and services are delivered according to expectations
  • Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses are properly matched against strategic goals. Monitor spending and provide regular updates to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future efforts. Present results to marketing leadership
