Summary
Join Xometry, a company connecting innovators with manufacturers, as a User Marketing Specialist for Thomasnet. You will execute marketing strategies to increase user traffic and engagement. This role involves creating and managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate possesses experience in B2B marketing, specifically within a marketplace setting, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in buyer marketing, preferably in a Marketplace and/or B2B setting
- Advanced English level (Required)
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint (and Google Docs equivalents), Looker
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience executing customer marketing plans in a digital marketplace
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, product and services teams
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to define/undertake work assignments with minimal supervision
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up oneβs sleeves to get the job done
- Experience in project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize
- Experience with creating user flows and managing customer experience through different channels of communication
- A willingness to think creatively, test frequently and learn from failures
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and support marketing strategies to grow user traffic and evaluation sessions on Thomasnet
- Identify the target audience and assess outreach strategies and channels
- Research appropriate media channels for target audience and work closely with cross-functional teams to measure results, create a testing plan, and implement new campaigns
- Execute campaigns to get first-time user to visit the site and retain previous users to make Thomasnet their go-to platform for sourcing
- Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI
- Achieve campaign objectives/KPIs and roadmap of campaigns
- Manage digital platforms for ad hoc and regularly scheduled campaigns
- Support in the execution of campaigns for demand generation side of the Thomas marketplace
- Leverage software tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) to inform a data-driven approach in all that we do
