Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL (including Query Studio), and ideally JavaScript
  • Advanced analytic skills including multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
  • Experience in building and automating management-level reporting using Excel and SQL
  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 360) and data management platforms
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data infrastructure management
  • Collaborate with IT to determine optimal data implementation, configuration, migration, and integration paths within SFMC
  • Maintain and audit SFMC and complementary technology systems daily
  • Analyze and resolve issues within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring effective data management
  • Document SFMC data architecture and project specifics
  • Ensure SFMC campaign universes comply with corporate, state, federal, and contractual regulations
  • Evaluate incoming data requests for clarity, completeness, and complexity, determining release suitability
  • Optimize operational data processes to align with campaign requirements
  • Facilitate a user-centric data experience in SFMC to enhance marketing team effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing Campaign Managers to gather requirements, validate data sources, and report on campaign executions
  • Document technical processes and marketing automation procedures for seamless business user adoption
  • Design statistically valid campaign tests and track cell performance for accurate results
  • Develop data-driven solutions to tailor SFMC campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences
  • Enhance marketing attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness across various channels
  • Track, report, and analyze marketing campaign performance using SQL, predictive intelligence, and reporting tools
