Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff in the department
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Handle employee discipline in accordance with company policy
• Direct and implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities
• Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
• Identify new market segments that will benefit from company services
• Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research
• Maintain knowledge of emerging products and services
• Maintain relationships with existing third-party marketing/advertising service providers
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
• Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department's operating budget
• Perform other related duties as assigned
