Summary

Join HashiCorp as its next Marketing Director for Global Events and Corporate Programs! This central role defines and executes strategies for programs driving sales opportunities. The position reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing and requires 8+ years of relevant marketing experience with at least 4 years in management. Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of the levers for generating demand in a B2B SaaS company
  • Have a history of identifying growth opportunities and driving them into reality
  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding and collecting the right data and letting it guide your decision-making
  • Show curiosity to truly understand the technical value proposition of HashiCorp's solutions
  • Have the ability to form strong cross-organizational bonds with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Possess experience executing large global events
  • Have experience driving ABM programs
  • Understand how best to partner with global CSPs
  • Have 8+ years of relevant marketing experience with at least 4 years as a manager
  • Demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm and a hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple teams at the forefront of the HashiCorp global revenue marketing strategy
  • Manage the team leading the execution of global events, including high-level sponsorships
  • Define and execute a co-marketing/co-selling strategy with primary Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
  • Manage the team responsible for Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and assess their performance
  • Determine how to maximize the value of senior executive customer engagements to support the company's go-to-market (GTM) engine

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in the DevOps space, particularly in marketing directly to financial decision-makers
  • Have experience managing multi-layered teams
  • Possess an MBA
