This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing in-person and virtual events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in event/field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner events
- Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with overall marketing and sales goals
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking
- Create event marketing materials, including promotional emails, landing pages, and social media posts
- Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future events
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure event success and lead follow-up
