Requirements

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a marketing role in a B2B industry

  • Engaging copywriting with a high level of proof-reading skills
  • Good design skills, proficient in InDesign and Photoshop
  • Professional social media management and content creation experience
  • Commercially astute and ability to demonstrate MROI
  • Customer-focussed with experience tailoring marketing campaigns to meet the needs of different audiences
  • Confident in planning, organising and prioritising workloads
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business and work collaboratively
  • Experience using marketing data management systems, including website, email and customer CRM’s

Responsibilities

  • Supporting business development through targeted B2B lead generation marketing campaigns
  • Working with senior business leaders to create value-add content and thought leadership in line with market trends
  • Managing the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, including regular e-newsletters and customer journey automation
  • Updating the website and digital channels to continually improve the user experience and SEO
  • Managing social media channels and creating social content for both paid and organic campaigns
  • Co-ordinating and promoting events
  • Creating and managing branded collateral and marketing templates
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and championing consistent brand messaging across the company
  • Acting as an advocate for the Opus brand and championing marketing activity internally
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and performance for all marketing activity
  • Leading internal marketing communication and on-boarding activity
  • Build and manage targeted marketing lists and champion data accuracy to support marketing needs and GDPR compliance
  • Improving systems and processes to enable the monitoring and reporting of revenue generation and ROI
  • Adhoc support to the Head of Marketing as required
