Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to meet objectives
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns, coordinate and submit reports with the management
  • Conduct market search and analyze brand awareness and monitor competitors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and secure new customer acquisition opportunities
  • Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Manage customer databases and utilize CRM systems for customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the SaaS or in depth in the F&B industry is a plus
  • Innovative thinker with strong analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
