Summary
Join Calm as a Marketing Manager and contribute to the growth of Calm Health, a comprehensive mental health solution. This remote role, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis, focuses on building and optimizing marketing automation strategies for paid programs. You will manage campaigns in Salesforce & Marketo, oversee paid program channels, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or automation, expertise in Salesforce and MAP platforms, and a strong B2B background. Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing operations, analytics, or automation experience
- Expertise in building Salesforce campaigns, reports, and dashboards to surface and monitor KPIs and funnel performance
- Skilled in building and executing marketing campaigns, proficiency with using MAP platforms (Marketo preferred)
- Experience managing B2B paid program channels including paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook), SEM (Google and Bing), display (Google, Bing), retargeting, ABM (6sense), direct ad buys, and 3rd party sponsorships
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time, with strong attention to detail
- Highly data-driven
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and execute email and paid programs to optimize content and messaging by behaviors and personas
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid program channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, and 3rd party sponsorships
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to the marketing team. Provide insights to help the team optimize paid campaign strategies
- Use project management tools like Jira to organize and stay on track with tasks related to paid program placements
- Support the execution and delivery of creative assets to paid vendors
- Work closely with product, marketing ops, and business development teams to ensure that paid campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or related health tech business

- Creative and experimental. You love problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and running experiments to test and validate new ideas
