Requirements

  • Advanced Proficiency in HubSpot preferred
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Possesses expertise in social media platforms
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or related position preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short- and long-term content marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with the larger marketing team to produce high-quality content
  • Develop and own the editorial calendar, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis that helps set our name in the marketplace
  • Edit, proofread and improve content
  • Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong digital presence
  • Integration of product with brand campaigns to drive awareness and education
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Advanced Proficiency in HubSpot preferred
