Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Clarity as a Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in building our marketing engine. You will contribute to the marketing strategy, manage marketing channels (events, content, email, digital), execute campaigns, produce marketing content, and analyze campaign performance. Collaborate cross-functionally and build vendor relationships. This role requires 5+ years of marketing experience, proven generalist marketing skills, and HubSpot experience. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Proven experience as a generalist marketer
• Ability to articulate our unique value propositions elegantly and effectively
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and context-switching, to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tool

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Own the management of our marketing channels, including events, content, email, and digital
• Tactically execute campaigns and initiatives across all of our marketing channels
• Produce content in service of campaigns and initiatives, such as blog posts, emails, website pages, case studies, webinars, and videos
• Articulate objectives and key metrics for campaigns and initiatives, as well as own the analysis of and reporting on performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and product/service offerings
• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector
