Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior Marketing role with a track record of successful initiatives and team leadership
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, SEO, and content management
  • Experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, including internal and external members
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM or HubSpot
  • Excellent project management and vendor management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and growth
  • Manage website content, service offerings, and SEO to enhance digital presence
  • Design and oversee account-based marketing strategies to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute company events, coordinate sponsorships, and maximize event engagement
  • Source and manage vendors to support marketing operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with event planning, sponsorship management, and partner channel strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices in revenue generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management
