Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Marketing role with a track record of successful initiatives and team leadership
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, SEO, and content management
- Experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, including internal and external members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM or HubSpot
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and growth
- Manage website content, service offerings, and SEO to enhance digital presence
- Design and oversee account-based marketing strategies to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Plan and execute company events, coordinate sponsorships, and maximize event engagement
- Source and manage vendors to support marketing operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with event planning, sponsorship management, and partner channel strategies
- Knowledge of best practices in revenue generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management
