Requirements

  • Have experience in a marketing role in-house or at an agency, with an education focus preferable
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Demonstrate skills in Canva, Photoshop or Photoshop to create engaging designs
  • Show strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of marketing trends and best practices with a commitment to continuous professional development

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, targeted content for various channels, including website pages, newsletters, blogs, case studies, reports, and guides
  • Ensure all content is optimised for different audience groups and supports lead generation and engagement goals
  • Create high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure all visual and written outputs are professional, consistent, and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Working with the MD and CEO, develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and audience growth across platforms
  • Manage content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking, using analytics to refine and improve outcomes
  • Monitor and engage with social media communities, ensuring timely and professional responses to interactions
  • Support the promotion of online and in-person events, such as webinars, careers fairs, and conferences
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create promotional materials and content to maximise event participation
  • Work closely with the recruitment, partnerships, tuition, and professional learning teams to ensure marketing outputs are aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with the Welsh Language Translator to ensure all relevant content is bilingual and accurate

Preferred Qualifications

Have a degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
