Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven results with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth across various marketing channels
• Use insights from performance metrics and wider dashboards to inform strategies, optimise campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Manage digital ad placements, particularly on Google Ads and Meta. Execute and optimize install campaigns autonomously with strategic support from the company
• Build campaigns and optimise with A/B testing
• Support keyword research initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and inform ad targeting
