Develop and implement a precise marketing strategy to achieve 44% growth in the Company Creators segment. Collaborate with central marketing teams (Media, Content, CRM, SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, Social Media, Events, and Data). Lead your segment as a small Business Unit, providing market insights, optimizing marketing efforts, contributing to media planning, creating brand content, participating in paid acquisition strategies, suggesting new acquisition channels, and analyzing results. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and segment-specific marketing. Fluency in French and English is essential. Requirements

  • With at least 5 years of experience , you have a strong ability to proactively engage with clients and gather insights through direct communication, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles or sales
  • You excel at driving collaboration across central teams with proven experience in cross-functional environments
  • You can develop and execute marketing strategies for specific business segments with minimal supervision, demonstrating previous success in segment-specific marketing approaches
  • You're adept at analyzing performance metrics, identifying key acquisition channels, and recognizing growth opportunities to drive strategic decisions
  • You are fluent in both French and English , enabling effective communication across all teams and markets

Responsibilities

  • Provide insights on the French market Company Creator specific segment
  • Make sure we use our marketing efforts and budget in the best way, to maximize the results on your segment
  • Contribute to media planning to align with the French market strategy
  • Assist in creating brand content with internal or external experts to ensure relevance for target audiences and campaigns
  • Participate in paid acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimization
  • Suggest new acquisition angles or channels to increase the number of new clients creating businesses with Qonto
  • Collect and analyze results on the company creator segment on a weekly and monthly basis, to effectively communicate your findings to your stakeholders and make adjustments if necessary
