Summary

Join Rareloop, a B Corp certified Digital Product Studio, as their B2B Marketing leader. You will own and lead marketing efforts, generating and nurturing leads to drive sales. This role requires strategic and tactical planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will report to the Managing Director and directly contribute to business growth. Responsibilities include developing the marketing strategy, executing lead generation strategies, and reporting on key marketing KPIs. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience of marketing a B2B service business
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Proven track record in prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Proven track record of growing and fostering a growing network of potential clients
  • Aligns with our values
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar
  • Identify, plan and execute lead generation strategies (e.g., events, podcasts, lead magnets etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for company promotion (e.g., press releases, guest posts, podcasts, speaking engagements, awards, directory listings etc.)
  • Nurture and encourage leads along the buying journey
  • Maintain good CRM data
  • Manage and deliver case studies, carefully considering the positioning, messaging and opportunity presented by each project. Liaise with production team and clients on content
  • Plan and execute website and social content, liaising with the broader team when required for domain expertise
  • Report on key marketing KPIs and demonstrate clear ROI
  • Provide direction on value proposition messaging for company/services/products
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends
