Summary
Join Searoutes as our Marketing Manager and lead our marketing efforts to elevate brand awareness, attract customers, and establish Searoutes as a leader in sustainable logistics technology. Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a marketing function
- Strong written communication skills and creativity

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Responsibilities
- Enhance Searoutes’ brand identity and messaging to resonate with target audiences in the logistics and supply chain sectors
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in tone and visuals across channels
- Plan, execute, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.) to generate leads and nurture prospects
- Collaborate with the product team to highlight Searoutes’ unique features and sustainability impact in marketing efforts
- Lead content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to position Searoutes as an industry thought leader
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging content for target audiences
- Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Regularly report on ROI and the effectiveness of marketing efforts to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to create aligned marketing-sales initiatives that drive conversion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech
