Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content-driven strategies
• Expertise in the StoryBrand framework and Marketing Made Simple techniques, with a proven ability to execute these strategies
• Experience with key marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing
• Proficiency in English
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment, with comfort in cross-cultural collaboration
• Have previous experience with HubSpot for campaign management and analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy using the StoryBrand framework and Marketing Made Simple principles
• Design the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO, and email channels
• Craft clear, customer-focused messaging that resonates with our target audience
• Contribute to enhancing Shakacode's brand visibility and generating leads through targeted marketing efforts
• Create and manage a marketing funnel that nurtures leads and converts them into clients, using StoryBrand and other proven marketing techniques
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all platforms
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Shakacode's client base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored proposals
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to align sales efforts with client expectations
