Summary
Join ShopBack, a leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform in Asia-Pacific, as a Marketing Manager and play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms like the ShopBack App & Web and CRM. You will lead campaign strategy planning, manage and mentor junior team members, partner with cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, support UI/UX improvement projects, own campaign dashboards and documentation, participate in strategic planning, and contribute to overall e-commerce marketing direction.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital campaign management
- Proven track record in leading and optimizing performance-driven campaigns for consumer products or online platforms
- Experience managing a team and driving high performance through coaching and delegation
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Comfortable working with data β able to analyze results, derive insights, and take quick action
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to both strategize and execute under tight timelines
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, Braze (or similar CRM platforms), and Metabase (or other similar Database tools experience)
- A collaborative, agile, and ownership-driven mindset β you thrive in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms including ShopBack App & Web, CRM, with a strong focus on performance and conversion
- Lead campaign strategy planning, from ideation to post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with business and merchant goals
- Manage and mentor junior team members, including the Marketing Associate, to ensure high-quality execution and continuous upskilling
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Design, Data, and Regional Marketing to align campaign direction and messaging
- Drive operational excellence, owning campaign timelines, creative production briefs, internal coordination, and go-live accuracy
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
- Identify growth opportunities through campaign mechanics, segmentation strategies, and funnel optimization
- Support UI/UX improvement projects to enhance customer engagement across digital touchpoints
- Own campaign dashboards and post-mortem documentation, presenting key learnings to stakeholders and leadership
- Participate in strategic planning and quarterly marketing reviews, contributing to overall e-commerce marketing direction
