Requirements

• Experience in marketing and sales —especially for law firms
• Strong email marketing and copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and digital ads
• Excellent presentation and webinar planning skills
• High-level English communication (written and spoken)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing + sales strategies for U.S.-based law firms
• Analyze performance data and adjust plans to keep improving
• Understand client goals and create customized growth plans
• Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Write and send powerful email campaigns that convert
• Track ad performance and lead generation metrics
• Write marketing content for emails, websites, and presentations
• Develop compelling sales materials that attract and close deals
• Plan and run engaging webinars to connect with new leads
• Use WordPress to update our websites
• Coordinate with designers and teams to keep branding consistent
• Support with social content planning and online engagement tracking
