Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • Proven ability to develop effective product messaging and positioning
  • Proven ability to conduct & manage digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Develop unique value propositions, business narratives, and messaging for each product or product category
  • Work closely across team Japan (managing Director, the sales teams and the global marketing) to define and lead the strategy for launching new products and features to the market via data research and customer discovery
  • Collaborate with the content team and through individual effort to develop product-related content such as case studies, videos, website copy, webinars, blog, press releases, newsletters, SNS and TrustYou interview posts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and team Japan to design and implement effective lead generation campaigns (including trade shows)
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing marketing efforts
  • Be the expert on our buyers, understanding how they buy and their buying criteria. Monitor competitive products and maintain a detailed competitive analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced marketing degree
  • Experience in the travel/hospitality technology industry or a similar product category
  • Content Marketing Skills (SEO) a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Business Intelligence tooling (Tableau or similar) experience a plus
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) experience a plus
