Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, 3P email, content marketing)
• Proven track record of driving successful lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A diligent organizer who can create plans and follow through on them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within a marketplace preferred
• Working Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition for our marketplace
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new target audiences and understand their needs
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, direct mail, partner and affiliate
• Consistently test landing pages to optimize conversion
• Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
