Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
• Digital marketing exposure in ITES based organization is mandatory
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness and drive growth
• Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and a competitive landscape
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to create and promote products effectively
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertisements
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms and online presence
• Organize and execute promotional events, and webinars
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, media and industry influencers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts
