Summary

Requirements

  • Strong preference for CRM and marketing automation experience
  • Experience in an agency, startup, or B2B tech company is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with B2B focus
  • SEO and social media experience, ideally focused on employer branding
  • Event planning, production, and management experience is a plus
  • Demonstrates urgency in meeting goals and key deliverables
  • Proactive self-starter who consistently brings fresh ideas to the team
  • Critical thinker with keen attention to detail; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Configure and strategise HubSpot to achieve business goals using Workflows, Templates, Sequences, and landing pages
  • Lead content marketing efforts by coordinating with SEO specialists, the website team, PR agency, content writers, and other internal stakeholders to create compelling content that meets KPIs
  • Actively identify new partnership opportunities with grassroots communities and similar businesses to effectively target our ICPs and generate leads
  • Partner with relevant team members to drive and host external events, from planning and design through to project management and execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for event sponsorships and the external merchandising team to ensure each event is held successfully
  • Support Sales with up-to-date, on-brand sales collateral by working with graphic designers
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to build the brand of Chronos
  • Manage the brand and review channels of Chronos, including Google My Business, Trustpilot, and social media, ensuring all platforms are on-brand
  • Actively seek award opportunities and manage the application process from start to finish to enhance Chronos’ brand image
