Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Join Abridge as a Marketing Operations Manager to support our dynamic marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, facilitating collaboration across teams, managing project management tasks, overseeing creative projects, assisting in onboarding new team members, organizing team meetings/events, tracking action items, and managing key task lists and meeting bookings for the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in project management tools and marketing technologies
• Familiarity with creative processes and workflows
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Assist in planning, coordination, resource allocation, and execution of marketing projects
• Creative Traffic Control: Oversee the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are adequately completed, and facilitate timely reviews and approvals
• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new team members
• Team Support: Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of key tasks
• Admin Coordination: Manage key task lists and meeting bookings for the VP of Marketing
