Remote Marketing Operations Manager

Summary

Dagster Labs is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing operations strategy and execution. The role involves creating and optimizing lead and campaign processes, managing marketing tech stack integrations, analyzing campaign performance, and more. This is a full-time, remote position with benefits. The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations in a tech environment
• Proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms including Hubspot
• Experience with Salesforce and managing large datasets
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and other BI tools for reporting and data analysis e.g., Omni
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to various stakeholders
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop strategic solutions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
